Dual Identity

Our first single is mixed and mastered. Should drop soon. 

Time flies when your having fun. In fact it flies so fast we haven't updated this website in forever. It was even offline for a bit and we didn't know it! We really need a social media person ;-) 

The long hiatus is over and we are playing a ton of local gigs at the moment even thought the calendar here is empty. The Facebook page is more accurate. 

We recorded some new music in London last month at Abbey Road Studios. More to come on that later. A new CD is in our future but there is no time line.

We have begun performing limited live shows again. These are acoustic only sets in small, intimate venues. Check the Upcoming Shows Page  for more information.

We are finally back in the studio working on a new CD after a long hiatus. Our new CD is being produced by Multi-Platinum Producer Jim Wirt, who has produced over seventeen-million records sold with such bands as Live, Incubus, Hoobastank, Fiona Apple, and The Brian Setzer Orchestra.

We feel like we rushed our last CD a bit when recording and we vowed to not do that again. #2021.

December 21, 2017: We are pleased to announce that Dual Identity has won another Telly Award! That's 2 years in a row!  Let's see if we can get a 3peat in 2018!

October 12, 2016: We are pleased to announce that Dual Identity has won a 2016 Telly Award for our song “The Boas Are Back.” The song was written and recorded for a television commercial promoting the annual Boas Are Back charity golf tournament hosted by the National Alliance on Mental Illness for Erie County. 

Founded in 1979 to honor excellence in local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs, the Telly Award recognizes the very best in film and video productions. A judging panel of more than 500 industry professionals chose the winners out of more than 13,000 entries from all 50 states and five continents. 

Dual Identity is honored to have won this prestigious award, but we are more honored by the opportunity to give back to a community that has supported us so much throughout the years.
